In less than five minutes, you can walk to the Clarksville Municipal Dock. The dock has 20 complimentary day-use slips and is an access point for the Southern Virginia Wild Blueway.

Please note that climbing exterior stairs is required. The apartment is located upstairs of the building and guests must climb the exterior staircase in order to access the apartment.

Guests can independently access the house at anytime during their stay with a code. The code will be provided within 12 hours of the booking date.

A variety of games can be found in the drawer of the TV stand in the living room. Enjoy watching your favorite shows and movies on Netflix, Hulu, etc. through the Amazon Fire Stick that is connected to the TV.

There is one Ring security camera on the property. The Ring camera is mounted outside of the front door, in clear view.

Before you settle in and get cozy, we would like to make sure you are aware of the House Rules at our guest stay. Understanding and complying with our house rules will ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone!

• No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or open flames in the home
• No loud noise, music, or parties
• No unauthorized visitors in the house other than those on the reservation
• Pets are not permitted
• No more than six people on the outside porch at a time
• Please do not lean or sit on the exterior porch railings
  
• No roof access
• No parking behind the building
• Please only flush toilet paper and human waste. All other products including feminine products should be placed in the trash.

Breach of any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of occupancy, as per the rental agreement you have agreed to when booking. We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors from the property and/or withhold the security deposit for guests who refuse to follow these house rules.
